Completely instigated by the specific needs and questions of the people in the room, Meredith will provide consultation and guided discussion that aims to create real solutions for the issues you are facing now. BIO:
Meredith Lucio - is a commercial and non-profit producer in New York City. She has been on the producing teams of The Gershwin's Porgy and Bess (Tony Award, Best Revival of a Musical), The 39 Steps, Bedlam's Saint Joan (Best Revival, OBA), Rooms, a rock romance and fan favorite, The LIghtning Thief, The Percy Jackson Musical (Broadway, National Tour). In the non-profit arena, Meredith is the Producing Director for The Assembly whose original musical In Corpo, by Nate Weida and Ben Beckley, premiered at Theatre Row last summer. Meredith has been on the management teams of SuperYou!, a musical concert at Carnegie Hall, and Pay the Writer starring Marcia Cross, Bryan Batt and Ron Canada among other shows in the New York area. She directed the audio drama Bad People by Kati Schwartz (now available on iTunes and Audible). Meredith has taught elements of producing for theatre at Texas Wesleyan University, Scottsdale Community College and has spoken at The Commercial Theatre Institute, the Educational Theatre Association, The International Fringe Festival, and Theatre Resources Unlimited.
